Steppingstone Museum Clean Up Day – Service Opportunity

Steppingstone Museum is having a clean up day on Saturday, March 26th from 9am-noon (you do not have to be there the entire time, come to help when you can).  Scout families are encouraged to attend to help the museum clean up their grounds for opening day.  We have hosted events at Steppingstone in the past and they have been gracious to us with allowing us use of their facilities so this is a great way to give back!

From museum site: Join us on Saturday, March 26th from 9am-12pm as we prepare the Museum grounds for the 2022 season. Bring your family and friends. This is a great opportunity for groups looking for a volunteer project. All ages and ability levels are welcome. This is a rustic location and we’ll be working outdoors. Please dress comfortably and appropriately for weather and getting dirty. The most needed project on this day will be leaf/brush clean up and removal throughout our 23-acre property. There will also be some flowerbed maintenance. We recommend bringing your own gloves and tools. Suggested tools include rakes, shovels, hedge clippers and leaf blowers.
