Webelos/AOL dens outing to Sheffield Institute for the Recording Arts

All scouts in the webelos and AOL dens (boys and girls) are invited to attend an outing to the Sheffield Institute for the Recording Arts on Saturday, Sept 7th at 1pm.  The visit will last approx. 1 hour.  The studio audio engineer will discuss the process of making a music recording and follow up with a quick demo of an actual music recording session.  A musician will be present for the recording session.  If time remains, the scouts will have the opportunity to record the scout law and/or oath!  Registration with sign-up below is required to attend this event.  Sign-up is due by Friday, August 30th!  There is no cost to attend.  Families provide own transportation to studio.

Note that this event is for scouts and their parent(s) in a Webelos/AOL den only due to limited space in the studio.  Only 20 people can fit in the studio – if space is limited for parents, they can watch from outside the studio glass barrier.  Closer to event date, we will review attendance numbers and determine if siblings can attend as well.
