Harford District Cub Scout Summer Day Camp 2021
June 28 - July 2
Who can go to Day Camp?
Who runs Day Camp?
You do! Day camp is a 100% volunteer staffed event. Every person is someone’s Mom, Dad, Grandparent, older Brother/Sister, etc. Every role is important to the success of our camp! A volunteer discount is available for any volunteer over the age of 18! (To receive the discount, adult volunteers must register at the same time as the scout and be a volunteer for all 5 days. Volunteers who do not fulfill their commitment will not be allowed to volunteer in subsequent years.)
Camp Leadership needs volunteers to serve as Den Leaders, Assistant Den Leaders, Station Leaders or Helpers, Medical Staff, Facilities, or others as needed. You don’t need prior experience to serve as a Den Leader, talk to some of our past volunteers to find out how rewarding and fun it is!
Adult Volunteer virtual training dates: June 7th and June 9th at 7pm (must attend 1).
Youth Volunteer virtual training dates: June 14th and June 16th at 7pm (must attend 1).
Make up session for both will be held on June 18th at 7pm.
Registration is open for all staff and 5 day volunteers until April 10, 2021.
General public can begin registering April 11, 2021.
Early Bird discount of $25 expires April 15, 2021.
