Scout Saver Coupon Card Fundraiser Money/Cards Due Back
Pack 802 will be selling $5 Scout Savers Coupon Cards (also known as camp cards) again this year to assist scouts in raising money in their scout accounts for summer camp or other scouting events/needs along with a small portion going to the Pack for unit fundraising.
New for this year is the addition of an online/mobile phone app with additional savings. Each camp card has a unique code typed on it that can be entered in the app for the additional savings. This makes the deals even better!
You can pick up and sign out cards (up to 20 per scout at a time) from me at any upcoming meeting or you can arrange a time to meet with me at your convenience. I will have the cards with me tomorrow night at the Church during the service project event.
All money for sold cards ($5 per card) along with any unsold cards must be returned to me by Tuesday, June 8th. Money can be in form of cash or check (made out to Pack 802) but prefer if you collect cash, that you then convert it into one check you write to the Pack. Returned cards must be in new condition without the coupon tabs broken off either end. Parents are responsible for the cost of any lost or damaged cards.
Cards sell for $5 each and the selling scout receives $2 per card in his/her scout account, the Pack receives $0.50, and the Baltimore Area Council gets the other $2.50. This is a great way to earn money in your scout’s account to use on any scouting activity including summer camp, event/camping fees, next year’s dues, or other scout related purchases with receipt.
