Scout Walk through Independence National Historical Park – Philadelphia

Please join us in Philadelphia for a scout walk through the Independence National Historical Park on June 15th.  We will meet at the Independence Visitor Center (Corner of Sixth and Market Streets) at 9:45am to begin our walk at 10am (please plan accordingly for time required to park).  We will plan to conclude our walk by 3pm (time flexible based on desires of our group).  Lunch will be on your own.  Please sign-up by Tuesday, June 11th if you plan to attend this walk so that we have time to plan specific stops based on our group size (see below for the general locations we plan to visit).  Note that there is no fee to attend the walk with the Pack but parking, food, and other personal purchases are not covered.

We will plan to start our walk at the Independence Visitor Center and stops along the way will be:

Independence Hall (may be able to get walk-up tickets to attend a tour but they are only given out on day of starting at 8:45am and therefore, we will have to see if there are tickets available when we arrive)

The Second Bank of the United States

Franklin Court

Christ Church

*Note that this event will take place prior to the Battleship New Jersey Overnight event but all are welcome to attend this portion of the day even if not staying for the Battleship event.  Registration is closed for the Battleship event.
