Info Sheet and Event List

This sheet contains general information about Pack 802 and a list of our events for program year 2022-2023.  Download

Financial Overview Sheet

This sheet documents the costs of scouting and identifies how your annual dues will be spent. The sheet also contains information about the annual budget and fundraising goals to minimize out-of-pocket expenses for all families.  Download

Family Talent Survey

This form allows you to identify any skills and interests that may align with opportunities to serve the pack. We encourage all parents and guardians to complete this form.  Download

Social Media Release

This sheet provides you an opportunity to either consent to or deny use of photos of your scout on our website and social media pages. This form is required to be submitted one time for each scout but does not need to be resubmitted each year.  Download

Code of Conduct

This sheet provides a code of conduct for all scouts, adult leaders, and family members. This sheet must be signed by all members of the Pack.  Download

BSA Medical Form

All participants including parents, guardians, siblings, youth, staff, and unit leaders must complete part A and part B of the BSA medical form to participate in any scout outing.  Download
